Eng. Salim Moin Arab is a founder, investor, and a recognized pioneer in real estate development and the precast concrete industry, with a strong focus on advanced, environmentally friendly precast technologies. With more than two decades of hands-on experience, he has played a leading role in introducing modern precast construction systems that combine efficiency, durability, and sustainability.

Eng. Arab is widely regarded as one of the key pioneers in the precast sector, particularly in the application of state-of-the-art technologies and next-generation construction materials, including carbon fiber solutions. His work consistently emphasizes reducing environmental impact while enhancing structural performance, execution speed, and long-term asset value.

Through his strategic vision and deep technical expertise, Eng. Salim Moin Arab has contributed to the development of high-quality residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across multiple international markets. Engr. Halil Kurt

Mr.Halil Yasar Kurt is a professional with 28 years strong construction experience with top level major Clients in private and government sectors, Project Managers and Consultants with civil, commercial, industrial works both infrastructure and superstructure from scratch through end of projects.

As an outcome of long and dense working life in construction, Halil become expert in total projects program management and have skills in high management area as ownership. His skills in bidding preparations, tendering, contracting, planning, work execution, control, completion, handing over, stakeholder management and business development highlight him in organizations.

In the last period, his involvement in the organization added huge value in taking over projects, execution and completion.

Since 2007, he is engaged in projects in KSA as owner, subcontractor and professional manager, director all were Fast Track  - to be delivered at the soonest. He built teams on the Contractor side for execution and management. His experience and capabilities brought a good reputation among his collegues and people at various qualifications and levels join the organizations on his call.

Dr. Adnan IMERI

Dr. Adnan Imeri is a senior financial executive with extensive international experience in asset management, structured finance, and banking coordination. With a PhD in Economics and a strong academic specialization in credit derivatives valuation, he combines analytical rigor with executive-level financial leadership.

Before joining Imran Holding GmbH, Dr. Imeri served as Vice President – Asset Management at IMPERIAL Banking Group, where he coordinated cross-border financial operations, structured trade finance solutions, and managed complex financial instruments including Lombard credit structures and private banking portfolios. He is registered as a Credit Broker with IMPERIAL Clearing Services (USA& EU ).

Within Imran Holding GmbH, Dr. Imeri is responsible for the Group’s financial strategy, capital structuring, investment evaluation, risk management, and banking relations across Europe and the Middle East. His role includes optimizing funding mechanisms for large-scale construction, precast, and industrial projects, ensuring financial sustainability and institutional compliance at international standards.

His expertise strengthens the Group’s capacity to structure high-value projects, secure strategic financing, and operate with financial discipline aligned with global banking practices.

Mr. Markus Danz

Mr. Markus Danz is an expert, developer, and technology scout and a member of the Imran Holding Group team, with extensive experience in the building materials and advanced construction systems sector. He is widely recognized for his ability to identify, develop, and implement innovative ideas and forward-looking technologies with strong practical and commercial value.

Throughout his career, Mr. Danz has led and supported multiple development initiatives in the construction materials industry, contributing to the introduction of modern systems that enhance quality, sustainability, and execution efficiency. His strategic mindset effectively bridges research and development with real-world project requirements and market demands.

In his role as Area Manager for Germany within the Imran Holding Group, Mr. Danz is dedicated to transferring German engineering expertise and advanced know-how to international markets. He aims to play a meaningful role in supporting the realization of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable construction solutions based on proven German technology.

She has a strong background in project management and investment management. Throughout her career, Mrs. Hilal has successfully managed various projects and investments, demonstrating her expertise in the field. Her extensive knowledge and experience have contributed to the growth and success of businesses in the real estate industry. With her exceptional skills and dedication, Mrs. Hala  has established herself as a prominent figure in the business and real estate sector in Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Shahzaib Malik

Mr. Shahzaib Malik is a detail-oriented Document Controller with over three years of experience supporting construction and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. He specializes in Oracle Aconex, document lifecycle management, workflow control, and effective coordination with clients, consultants, and project teams.

He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (BSCS), which strongly supports his professional role by enhancing his capabilities in systems administration, data management, reporting, and digital document control platforms. His technical background enables him to ensure accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and timely document flow in line with project and quality requirements.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture (Residential, Public & Industrial Buildings), which provides advanced knowledge of architectural planning, design integration, and construction coordination, enabling her to deliver functional, aesthetic, and high-quality interior solutions aligned with client and project requirements.
