High-speed mixing technology for optimized concrete with a pressure strength of up to 40 N/mm².

Today, conventional concrete is made by slowly rotating mixers of 50 revolutions per minute. It takes a lot of concrete and water to achieve the moisture reaction and results in low quality.

The fluidization effect resulting from very high mixing speeds in combination with limestone enables the production of concretes with better workability and improved quality despite a cement replacement of up to 40% and corresponding water savings. The concrete has higher early and final strengths as well as higher flexural tensile strengths. The possible cement reduction through the new technology also leads to possible CO2 savings of up to 30%.

The mixing process takes place in two steps, combined with a fluidization effect through very high mixing speeds of up to 1,200 rpm. In this way, it is possible to produce concretes with better workability and improved quality despite a cement replacement of up to 40% and corresponding water savings. The concrete has higher early and final strengths as well as higher flexural tensile strengths. The possible cement reduction when using the new technology also leads to possible CO2 savings of up to 30%.
